Facebook Tuntut Blogger Tanah Air Hingga Rp 2 Miliar

JAKARTA - Bloger Indonesia yang terkena masalah pelanggaran hak cipta dengan Facebook, yakni Ainun Nazieb mengaku dalam salah satu tuntutannya, Facebook memberikan sanksi sebesar Rp2 miliar.

Nazieb menjelaskan beberapa poin yang dituntut oleh pihak Facebook kepada dirinya terkait penggunaan tema blog yang mirip dengan Facebook tersebut. Dalam surat tuntutan yang dilayangkan Facebook ada 3 tuntutan yang dikenakan terhadap Nazieb. Salah satunya menuntut sanksi maksimal sebesar Rp2 miliar kepada Nazieb.

"Sebenarnya saat ini belum ada upaya penuntutan secara langsung dari pihak Facebook, tapi kuasa hukum (perwakilan) Facebook yang beralamat di jalan Jendral Sudirman, Jakarta, meminta saya untuk menghadap karena ada indikasi melanggar hak cipta," jelasnya

"Secara keseluruhan dari tuntutan yang saya baca ada 3 poin tuntutan, 2 pidana dan 1 perdata, di mana salah satu tuntutan berisi sanksi maksimal denda Rp2 miliar," ungkapnya kepada okezone, Kamis (17/11/2011).

Nazieb menyatakan tidak menyangka akan mendapatkan surat panggilan oleh Facebook terkait keisengannya untuk membuat blog yang menyerupai Facebook yang dia namai "Smells Like Facebook", dia tidak membayangkan akan mendapatkan sanksi hingga Rp2 miliar.

Saat ini Nazieb masih berkonsultasi dengan kuasa hukumnya mengenai masalah yang sedang dihadapinya saat ini. Beruntung dirinya memiliki atasan yang baik dan membantunya menyediakan pengacara untuk menghadapi masalah tersebut. (tyo)

David Beckham Kecelakaan Mobil

Jakarta Pesepakbola David Beckham sedang tertimpa musibah. Suami Victoria Adams itu mengalami kecelakaan saat mengendarai mobilnya California, Amerika Serikat.

Seperti dilaporkan People, Minggu (8/5/2011), Beckham mengalami kejadian naas tersebut di Freeway 405, Torrance, Jumat (6/5/2011) pagi waktu setempat. Lokasi tersebut dikenal sebagai jalan bebas hambatan paling sibuk di Los Angeles.

Saat itu mobil Cadillac SUV yang dikendarai Beckham berada tepat di belakang sebuah mobil Mitsubishi berwarna emas. Mobil Mitsubishi tersebut kemudian tiba-tiba menepi ke bahu jalan tol karena mengalami kerusakan.

Pesepakbola asal Inggris itu kemungkinan tidak mengantisipasi mobil di depannya yang menepi secara tiba-tiba. Akhirnya kecelakaan tidak bisa dihindarkan.

Sang pengemudi Mitsubishi mengalami sejumlah luka di bagian leher sehingga harus dilarikan ke rumah sakit terdekat. Sedangkan Beckham dilaporkan tidak mengalami luka sedikitpun.

Similar to Uncharted 2, Uncharted 3 is planned to include a separate multiplayer component with network play that runs in open beta during July 2011, featuring competitive and cooperative modes of play. Uncharted 3 will introduce free-for-all modes such as standard deathmatch, character model and weapon modification, and dynamic environmental ‘events’ within multiplayer maps, similar to the set pieces from the game’s campaign – such as a hostile plane flying above shooting all players it catches in its crossfire. Collectible treasures are also said to be available within the multiplayer maps, which can be used as in-game currency for unlocking new characters, customization equipment and boosters. Unlocked customizations can either allow for changes to be made in character appearance, such as clothing and skin tone, or upgrading weapon attributes.

A Buddy System has also been implemented into multiplayer. At the beginning of each match, the player may be joined with a random partner or a friend if joining their game. The buddy’s emblem remains displayed as part of the player’s HUD to indicate their location relative to the player’s own on the map. With your Buddy, you can do a cooperative taunt over dead enemies you defeated together, and can also collect each others’ earned treasures for them. The player is able to spawn next to his buddy so long as the buddy remains alive and out of combat.

With the aim of making the multiplayer more flexible and accessible, several logistical improvements have been added, such as the capability to join games in progress or for two different PlayStation Network accounts to play together in split-screen multiplayer on a single console. In the event of ties or near-ties, matches enter an elimination mode as they wind down, in which the players are restricted to one life and must compete to wipe out all of the opposing team’s members first within the allotted remaining time.

Ringkasan Cerita FILM FINAL DESTINATION 5 (2011) :

Ceritanya dimulai 11 tahun setelah kecelakaan penerbangan 180. Sam Lawton (Nicholas D’Agosto) bersama kekasihnya Molly Harper (Emma Bell), dan beberapa penumpang lainnya menaiki bus interline city, RollandCoach Lines dalam acara retreat menuju Vancouver-British Island. Sam mendapatkan penglihatan bahwa sebuah jembatan yang akan ia lewati akan runtuh, selama dalam perjalanan beberapa pertanda juga sudah terbaca dan dirasakan oleh Sam, namun karena Sam tidak mau merusak acara liburannya, dia akhirnya memilih diam dan mengontrol dirinya agar tidak menjadi terlihat bodoh di depan teman-temannya.

Namun apa yang dirasakan oleh Sam benar terjadi. Perasaan buruk yang dialami oleh Sam terbukti saat bus yang mereka tumpangi melewati jembatan gantung Lions Gate. Jembatan yang masih dalam perbaikan dan pengaspalan itu mulai retak saat seorang pekerja membongkar lapisan aspal sehingga retakan tersebut mengakibatkan jembatan tidak kuat menahan beban mobil yang melintasinya dan membuat baut penahan kabel baja jembatan tersebut perlahan-lahan longgar dan lepas.

Saat kejadian, Bus yang ditumpangi Sam dan mobil-mobil lainnya sedang berada diatas jembatan, tanpa disadari salah satu rangka jembatan mulai bengkok dan patah menembus bagian jembatan hingga menggulingkan mobil yang berada tepat dibawah rangka baja tersebut. Setelah kejadian mengerikan itu, beberapa korban mulai berjatuhan. Saat seluruh pengendara mulai sadar dan panik karena seluruh jembatan mulai goyang dan rapuh, keadaan semakin buruk. Semua keluar dari mobil masing-masing dan berlarian menyelamatkan diri namun sayang, hal ini terlambat karena jembatan mulai runtuh sebelum semua pengendara berhasil menyelamatkan diri.

Seorang penumpang, Dennis (David Koechner) yang hendaknya akan menyelamatkan diri harus menerima kenyataan dirinya mati mengenaskan saat sebuah tangki aspal panas tumpah dan menyiram dirinya. Belum lagi saat seorang lelaki Michael (Arlen Escarpeta) yang saat itu kaget melihat Isaac terbunuh langsung berlari menyelamatkan diri, namun naas, baut besar pertama yang berguna untuk menyangga kabel baja terlepas dan menghantam kepalanya.

Dari situ, keadaan makin parah. Seorang gadis Candice (Ellen Wroe) yang sedang berada didalam mobil tidak tahu kalau posisi mobil tepat lurus sarah dengan kabel baja penahan tiang jembatan. Saat baut pertama jatuh menimpa Michael, kabel baja yang menahan tiang jembatan tiba-tiba terlepas dan mendorong tubuhnya terlempar dari atas jembatan dan mati menabrak perahu yang kebetulan lewat di bawahnya.Seperti tidak cukup korban, kematian ‘pun mengejar wanita bernama Olivia (Jacqueline MacIness Wood), dirinya meninggal saat jatuh kelaut dan dihantam sebuah mobil yang jatuh dari atas jembatan.

Seluruh jembatan mulai goyang, seorang pria Chris Lawton (Miles Fisher) terlambat menyelamatkan diri saat lampu jembatan jatuh menimpa dirinya dan mengalirkan ribuan volt listrik keseluruh badannya. Sanggupkah Sam dan kekasihnya, Molly menyelamatkan diri mereka dari maut itu?

Ringkasan Cerita FILM CROWS ZERO 2 (2009) :

FILM CROWS ZERO 2 menceritakan keluar penjaranya pentolan sekolah suzuran yang dihukum karena telah membunuh pentolan sekolah housen yang merupakan seteru abadi sekola suzuran dalam sebuah “perang”, para siswa housen menaruh dendam kepada sekolah suzuran, namun perseteruan abadi itu dicegah dengan adanya perjanjian agresi diantara kedua belah pihak, sampai akhirnya perjanjian agresi kedua belah sekolah rusak karena ulah takiya genji yang sudah menjadi pentolan di sekolah suzuran, Apakah kedua sekolah itu terlibat “perang” kembali?
